👽 Alienstock 2019 👽

[Rachel, NV] ~ 9/20 - 9/22

On the weekend of September 20, 2019, I had the amazing opportunity to be a part of history by playing at the inaugural Alienstock Festival!!

Along with 20+ fellow musicians from across the country, I rocked out in the Nevada desert in an event that brought together 3,000 extraterrestrial-enthusiasts near the base of Area 51.

With rumors of the festival being “Fyre Fest 2.0,” no one was really sure what to expect. Alas, an army of alien-loving humans banded together to put on one hell of a festival. From building a stage to having time, money, and an entire sound system donated, the amount of helping hands to make this festival happen was truly incredible.

I had previously had the honor of playing with LA-based rock band, Wily Savage, who kicked this thing into motion after asking Connie West—the owner of Rachel, Nevada’s only business, The Little Ale’inn—if they could play a show in her parking lot. To make a very long story short (a story full of internet memes, villains and thieves, and rockstars), what began as a small parking lot concert transpired into an entire music festival.

I am so grateful I got to perform on Friday + Saturday night. The energy was electric, the crowd was embracing, the weekend was unforgettable.

Alienstock turned out to be not a Fyre Fest 2.0, but something more like Woodstock: full of peace, love, and aliens. I definitely look forward to playing next year. ✌🏻👽
